Neuromaani

STAGE DESIGN

Neuromaani is an immersive, site-specific performance based on a novel by Jaakko Yli-Juonikas. It takes place in an abandoned hospital in Helsinki, where the audience can move freely in over 90 rooms. The audience is dressed up as patients and is guided through the space with headphones. Neuromaani combines contemporary dance, radio play, theater, live role play and installation art.

Premiered in 2016 in the former Maria Hospital, Helsinki.
